The AI Assistant is built into Spark ERP screens — a conversational way to look up data, summarize a record, draft a document or find the next step in a process, without leaving the page you are on.
What it can do
The Assistant works at business-user level — it reads and explains, it does not act on its own.
Answer questions about data
Ask about a record, a list or a number on a report in plain language and get an answer drawn from data you already have permission to see.
Draft content
Draft an email, a note, a job description or a summary from the record you are viewing, for you to edit and send.
Guide workflows
Ask what is pending, what is blocking an approval, or what the next step in a process is, without hunting through screens.
Where it shows up
Record pages
Summarize a customer, an order or an employee record in context.
List and grid views
Ask a question about the filtered list you are already looking at.
Approval inbox
Explain what an approval is for and what changed since the last one.
Reports and dashboards
Ask a follow-up question about a number instead of building a new report.
What it does not do
